Lodge Salad with mixed greens, poached pears in red wine, candied walnuts, sprinkled with gorgonzola and drizzled with a mango vinaigrette dressing.
Main Course
Oven Roasted Turkey with spiced almond stuffing, savory gravy, cranberry sauce, pearl onions in a white sauce, sweet mashed potatoes, haricot vert & candied carrots.
Prime Rib au Jus cooked as you like it with garlic mashed potatoes with sage & cheddar cheese, haricot vert & candied carrots.
Honey Crusted Rack of Lamb with mint sauce, garlic mashed potatoes with sage & cheddar cheese, haricot vert & candied carrots.
Seafood Thermador delicious lobster, scallops & shrimp with sweet bell peppers, Bermuda onions, white wine and spices, served in a puff pastry shell, sweet mashed potatoes, haricot vert & candied carrots.
