Crepes aux fruits de mer… two pancakes filled with lobster, shrimp and scallops in a creamy white wine sauce.

Portabella Mushroom and Brie sprinkled with herbed croutons

Belgium Endive...leaves sprinkled with Roquefort cheese, bacon bits, candied walnuts, fresh raspberries and served with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Citrus Sorbet…to cleanse your palet.

Filet Mignon…with lobster medallions, asparagus and fingerling potatoes, served with a Béarnaise sauce.

Crème Brulee…vanilla custard with a caramelized sugar finish served with fresh strawberries.
