Prime Rib au Jus cooked as you like it with Julienne vegetables, Cheddar & sage mashed potatoes & horseradish sauce.

Chicken Saltimbocca prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, spinach and fresh sage rolled in a chicken cutlet topped with a white wine & sherry mushroom sauce.

Honey Crusted Rack of Lamb with mint sauce, Julienne vegetables cheddar & sage mashed potatoes.

Seafood Thermador Vol au Vent delicious lobster, scallops & shrimp with sweet bell peppers, Bermuda onions, white wine and spices, served in a puff pastry shell, sweet mashed potatoes, haricot vert & candied carrots.
